Monitoring systems & Alarm service
QVM performs installation and validation of 24/7 monitoring systems for laboratory buildings and equipment, temperature, pressure and humidity such as freezers, incubators, controlled environments.
The monitoring systems comes with an IQ/OQ on site according the GMP guidelines. We train your staff in usage of the system and perform the PQ
Installation qualification includes, On site installation for the whole monitoring system from hardware, sensor and the infra structure.
We perform the IQ/OQ/PQ according a pre approved protocol by your QA.
Calibration of the sensors according GMP ISO 17025
We monitor everything
QVM can provide Alarm response for monitoring systems, when a alarm is being generated outside business hours, our trained (according to your protocols) engineers can go on site to see if your equipment needs service to continue its work, if this is not possible we can place your materials in a back up equipment or contact our network to see if we can get a temporary solution, all this can be agreed on in a service level agreement and/or Quality Assurance Agreement.

We are specialized in temperature distribution studies for Ultra low freezers, -20 freezers, refrigerators, incubators and climate chambers.
Validation includes, On site service, Temperature probe calibration, Monitoring systems / in process measurements, Temperature mapping.
We have custom temperature/humidity measuring equipment.
Our measurement equipment is calibrated under RVA.
Calibration includes, RTD's, Pipets, Handhelds, Humidity probes, Co2 and O2 sensors.
